Plans

The final option within the Food Safety Plan sections menu is the Plans. The Plans contain the Monitoring Details from the Hazard Analysis workflows. The Plans will be separated based on the result outcome of the Decision Tree, e.g. all CCP Outcome Monitoring Details from across the Hazard Analysis will populate together, all oPRP Outcome Monitoring Details from across the Hazard Analysis will populate together, etc.

To access the Plans in your Food Safety Plan, navigate to the Plans using the 'Plans' dropdown button, and select the Plans you wish to access, e.g. CCP, oPRP, PC, etc.

Plans Section Overview

1. Food Safety Plan - CCP: This is the name of the Plan which comes from the 'Yes Decision' Name of the 'Monitor? Yes' Result of your Decision Tree. All the Hazard Analysis' workflows that have resulted in the same Decision Tree result with Controls will populate here. However, the details within the Controls may be different for each Hazard Analysis workflow, e.g. a CCP detailing Metal Detection, a CCP detailing Temperature Control, etc.

2. No.: The 'No.' provides details on the following:

- '#1': Provided by default by the system, this is the number of the result, e.g. this is the first CCP outcome noted. When more CCPs are noted, the system will then provide further numbers, #2, #3, etc.

- 'CCP - 1 Cooking': This is the Name detailed in the Monitoring Details workflow stage.

- '16 / Cooking': This is the Sequence Number and Name of the Process Step as seen within the Process Step and Hazard Analysis sections.

3. Hazard: The 'Hazard' provides details on the following:

- Hazard/Issue Category selected

- Nature of Hazard selected

- Hazard/Issue's selected

4. Control, Control Limit, How, Frequency, Responsible, Corrective Action and Verification: Pulled from the Hazard Analysis>Monitoring Details workflow.

5. Record: Pulled from the Hazard Analysis>Monitoring Details workflow. A link to a Programme, or a Document from Master Data will be displayed here. If a Document is linked, a preview window will appear on this page. If a Programme is linked, clicking this link will open the Programme in a new tab.

6. Approved By: The Users noted in the 'Assign Users to Approve' of the Study Details section will be listed here. These Users must click the 'Approve' button within the Plans section before the Food Safety Plan can be automatically moved from the 'Actions' tab to the 'Approved' tab.

7. Status: The Status will reflect if the Plan is 'Awaiting' approval, or if it has been 'Approved'. Once the required Users have clicked the 'Approve' button, the 'Status' will change to 'Approved'. Different statuses can be seen for different Users, as all may not approve at the same time.

8. Date Approved: The Date will reflect the date that each User clicked the 'Approve' button.

9. Approve: The 'Approve' button will be visible to those Users noted in the 'Assign Users to Approve' of the Study Details section. Any other User accessing the Plans will not see this button. Once clicked, this button will lose its bold colour.

1. Print: 'Actions>Print' will allow you to send your Plan directly to a printer.

2. Get PDF: If you wish to generate a PDF file of the Plan details, click 'Actions>Get PDF'.

What if I have no Monitoring Details?

If you do not have any Monitoring Details within your Food Safety Plan, you will still need to 'Approve' the Plans section. The Plans will be called 'No Monitoring' and there will be no information completed within the fields. The only information visible will be the Users noted in the 'Assign Users to Approve' of the Study Details section, the Status, Date Approved and 'Approve' button.
