Overall Food Safety Plan Module Overview and Individual Food Safety Plan Page Overview
In the Food Safety Plan module, there are some buttons and a number of tabs that display information, e.g. a list of Approved Food Safety Plans for the module. Smart interactive grids that display key information can be seen for:

1. Add Food Safety Plan: Click the ‘Add Food Safety Plan’ button to create a brand new Food Safety Plan. For further detail on how to add a Food Safety Plan, see here.
2. Add Schematic: Click the 'Add Schematic' button to create a brand new Flow Diagram/Chart. For further detail on how to add a Schematic, see here.
3. Add Model: Click the 'Add Model' button to create a brand new Risk Assessment, Decision Tree or Control Model.
Note: Risk Assessment, Decision Tree and Control Models can be used throughout the System, not just for the Food Safety Plan. For further detail on the Model Types and how to embed them to your site, see links to the articles below.
2. Summary Tab

The Summary tab provides you with Key Performance Indicators for your Food Safety Plans as well as a summary of the Total Number of Food Safety Plans built in your site.
1. Key Performance Indicators - Food Safety Plan: The number of Total Food Safety Plans Approved Year to Date and Approved in Last 12 Months will be noted. Along with the Total Food Safety Plans currently Awaiting Approval.
2. Total Number of Food Safety Plans: The number of Food Safety Plans created over the last 12 months will be visible within the bar chart.
3. Schematics Tab

The Schematics Tab displays all of the Schematics that you have previously created using the 'Add Schematic' button in the Food Safety Plan module.
1. No: This is the ID Number of your Schematic, which is automatically populated by the system and cannot be changed.
2. Date: This is the date that the Schematic was created.
3. Name: This is the current name of the Schematic, which is a blue, clickable hyperlink that will open the Schematic in the same browser tab when clicked.
4. Created By: This is the name of the User who created the Schematic.
5. Print: Click the Printer Icon if you would like to print the full Schematics list. This will print the full list of created Schematics, including the archived ones if the ‘Archive: On’ button has been clicked.
6. Navigation Arrows: When more than 10 Schematics have been added, the blue arrows will appear to allow you to navigate between the Schematics pages.
7. Refresh: Click the Refresh button to refresh the page to ensure you are viewing the most up to date list of Schematics.
8. Displaying: This shows the total number of Schematics built in your site and how many of those are currently showing in the Schematics tab.
9. Archive: Click the ‘Archive: On’ button if you wish to view all of the Schematics, including any that may have been archived. If you wish to hide the archived Schematics, click the ‘Archive: Off’ button.
10. Search Name: The Search Name allows you to search for the Name of the Schematic to locate your Schematics quicker.
Remember: The 'Search Name' allows you to search for a specific Schematic by the Name of the Schematic only.
4. Models Tab

The Models tab contains all of the Risk Assessment, Decision Tree and Control Models that have been built within your site.
Remember: Risk Assessment, Decision Tree and Control Models can be used in other Modules throughout the System, not just for the Food Safety Plan. For further detail on the Model Types and how to add them into your site, see the links to the articles below.
1. No.: This is the ID Number of your Model, which is automatically populated by the system and cannot be changed.
2. Date: This is the Date that the Model was first created.
3. Name: This is the current name of the Model which is a blue, clickable hyperlink that will open the Model in the same browser tab when clicked.
Tip: As the 'Search Name' field only allows to search for a Model by its Name, including the Model Type or the Module in which the Model will be used, will make it easier to find the Model when using the search field.
4. Type: The Model Type will appear here. It will either state 'Risk Assessment Model', 'Decision Tree Model', or 'Control Model', helping you identify the Models more quickly.
5. Created By: This is the name of the User who created the Model.
6. Print: Click the Printer Icon if you would like to print the full list of Models. This will print the full list of created Models, including the archived ones if the ‘Archive: On’ button has been clicked.
7. Navigation Arrows: When more than 10 Models have been added, the blue arrows will appear to allow you to navigate between the Model pages.
8. Refresh: Click the Refresh button to refresh the page to ensure you are viewing the most up to date list of Models.
9. Displaying: This shows the total number of Models built in your site and how many of those are currently showing in the Models tab.
10. Archive: Click the ‘Archive: On’ button if you wish to view all of the Models, including any that may have been archived. If you wish to hide the archived Models, click the ‘Archive: Off’ button.
11. Search Name: The Search Name allows you to search for the Name of the Model to locate your Models quicker.
Remember: The 'Search Name' allows you to search for a specific Model by the Name of the Model only.
5. Approved Tab

The Approved tab contains all of the Food Safety Plans that have been ‘Approved’. For further detail on how to Approve a Food Safety Plan, see here.
Remember: The Users noted in the 'Assign Users to Approve' of the Study Details section, must click the 'Approve' button within the Plans section before the Food Safety Plan can be automatically moved from the 'Actions' tab to the 'Approved' tab.

Remember: If a Food Safety Plan has been Approved, it will be placed in the 'Approved' tab. If the 'Approved' Food Safety Plan is then edited at any stage, it will move back into the 'Actions' tab and the Users noted in the 'Assign Users to Approve' of the Study Details section will need to approve the Food Safety Plan again to move it back to the 'Approved' tab.
6. Actions Tab

The Actions tab contains all of the Food Safety Plans that have been created but have not been approved yet. The orange number in the brackets is the total number of open Food Safety Plans awaiting completion and approval.
1. No.: This is the ID Number of your Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plan, which is automatically populated by the system and cannot be changed.
2. Date: This is the date that the Food Safety Plan was created.
3. Name: The current name of the Food Safety Plan which is a blue, clickable hyperlink that will open the Food Safety Plan in the same browser tab when clicked.
4. Action Required: The Action Required field will always say 'Awaiting completion and approval' for the Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plans.
5. Print: Click the Printer Icon if you would like to print the full Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plan list. This will print the full list of Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plan, including the archived ones if the ‘Archive: On’ button has been clicked.
6. Navigation Arrows: When more than 10 Food Safety Plans have been added, the blue arrows will appear to allow you to navigate between the Food Safety Plan pages.
7. Refresh: Click the Refresh button to refresh the page to ensure you are viewing the most up to date list of Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plan.
8. Displaying: This shows the total number of Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plans in your site and how many of those are currently showing in the Actions tab.
9. Archive: Click the ‘Archive: On’ button if you wish to view all of the Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plans, including any that may have been archived. If you wish to hide the archived Unapproved/In Progress Food Safety Plans, click the ‘Archive: Off’ button.
10. Search Name: The 'Search Name' allows you to search for the name of the Food Safety Plan to locate your Food Safety Plan quicker.
Remember: The 'Search Name' allows you to search for a specific Food Safety Plan by the Name of the Plan only.
7. Reports Tab

The Report tab contains various Reports that can be accessed for the Food Safety Plans, including a Food Defense Plan Report, Report Registers and Data Exports (Last 12 Months of Data).
Note: The Report ‘List of Flow Diagrams’ will only display the Flow Diagrams created within the Food Safety Plan, not the stand-alone Schematics created in the Food Safety Plan Module.
8. Individual Food Safety Plan Page Overview

All of the Food Safety Plans opened from the Approved and Actions tabs will have the same Individual Food Safety Plan Page Overview as seen above.
1. No.: This is the ID Number of your Food Safety Plan, which is automatically populated by the system and cannot be changed.
2. Title: This is the current name of the Food Safety Plan.
3. Actions: The Actions button allows you to conduct multiple adhoc actions for the Food Safety Plan. For further details on the various Action button functionalities, click here.
Note: The 'Add Related Record' and 'Add Attachment' Action buttons will cause changes to the Individual Food Safety Plan Main Page Overview. If Related Records or Attachments have been linked to the Food Safety Plan, a 'Related Records' and 'Attachments' section will appear.

4. Food Safety Plans Review: To view the list of Food Safety Plan Reviews relating to a specific Food Safety Plan, you can click the dropdown arrow on the right-hand side of the page. This will show all of the Review Records for this Food Safety Plan, Completed and in Action, which have been created in the Management Review module. You can click on the ‘No.’ displayed to access the Record directly in the Management Review module. Click here to access the article on completing a Food Safety Plan Review.

1. No.: This is the ID Number of your Food Safety Plan Review Record, which is automatically populated by the system and cannot be changed. It is a blue, clickable hyperlink that will bring you directly to the Food Safety Plan Review Record in the Management Module.
2. Date: This is the date that the Food Safety Plan Review Record was first created in the Management Module.
3. Status: The Status will detail the workflow stage the Food Safety Plan Review Record is currently within, e.g. Awaiting Food Safety Review Detail, Awaiting Food Safety Review Report, Awaiting Action & Improvement Report, or Completed.
4. Navigation Arrows: When more than 10 Food Safety Plan Review Records have been added, the blue arrows will appear to allow you to navigate between the Food Safety Plan Review Record pages.
5. Refresh: Click the Refresh button to refresh the page to ensure you are viewing the most up to date list of Food Safety Plan Review Records.
6. Displaying: This shows the total number of Food Safety Plan Review Records for this Food Safety Plan, and how many of those are currently showing in the list.
Note: If a Food Safety Plan Review Record is deleted or archived, it will be removed from the Food Safety Plans Review dropdown. If the Food Safety Plan Review Record is recovered after being deleted or archived, it will appear back in the Food Safety Plans Review dropdown.
