Supply Chain Management Module Summary Dashlets
The Supply Chain Management Module Summary Tab contains multiple dashlets that provide data on the suppliers and records within the Supply Chain Management Module. These dashlets pull data from the data warehouse every hour to update the information seen.

1. Open Actions:
- Actions Open: This shows the number of overall Open Actions.
- Actions Overdue: This shows the number of Open Actions that are are Overdue, regardless of the Risk assigned to the Action.
- Significant Risk Actions Overdue: This shows the number of Open Actions that are Overdue and have been assigned a Significant Risk, e.g. High Risk.
Note: The Open Actions Dashboard only includes Pre-Assessments, Full Assessments, Supplier Audits and Supplier Corrective Actions. It does not include the Supplier Complaints or Performance Reviews.
2. Assessments:
- Assessments Open: This shows the number of Open Assessment (Pre-Assessment and Full Assessment) Records.
- Assessments Overdue: This shows the number of Open Assessment (Pre-Assessment and Full Assessment) Records that are Overdue, regardless of the Risk assigned to the Record.
- Significant Risk Actions Overdue: This shows the number of Open Assessment Full Assessment Records that are Overdue and have been assigned a Significant Risk, e.g. High Risk.
Note: Pre-Assessment Records do not have a Risk assigned to them. Therefore, they will not sit within the Significant Risk Actions Overdue.

2. Supplier Corrective Actions:
- Corrective Actions: This shows the number of Open Supplier Corrective Action Records.
- Corrective Actions Overdue: This shows the number of Open Supplier Corrective Action Records that are Overdue, regardless of the Risk assigned to the Record.
- Signifi. Risk Corrective Actions Overdue: This shows the number of Open Supplier Corrective Action Records that are Overdue and have been assigned a Significant Risk, e.g. High Risk.

1. Supplier Complaints:
- Supplier Complaints Open: This shows the number of Open Complaint Records raised against Suppliers.
- Supplier Complaints Overdue: This shows the number of Open Complaint Records raised against Suppliers that are Overdue, regardless of the Risk assigned to the Record.
- Supplier Complaints Significant Risk: This shows the number of Open Complaint Records raised against Suppliers that are Overdue and have been assigned a Significant Risk, e.g. High Risk.
2. Audits:
- Audits Open: This shows the number of Open Supplier Audit Records.
- Audits Overdue: This shows the number of Open Supplier Audit Records that are Overdue, regardless of the Risk assigned to the Record.
- Significant Risk Audits Overdue: Audits do not have a Risk within the Record. Therefore this will always populate as 0.

The Supply Chain Compliance graph shows the module compliance score, which refers to how well the site is doing with closing out its open actions. The formula for this graph is 'Total Overdue Open Actions / Total Open Actions' in percentile format.
Note: The following colours will appear for this graph:
0 - 32% = Red
33% - 66% = Orange
67% - 100% = Green

The Supply Chain Risk graph shows the module risk score, which refers to how well the site is doing with closing out its significant open actions. The formula for this graph is 'Total Overdue Significant Open Actions / Total Significant Open Actions' in percentile format.
Note:The following colours will appear for this graph:
0 - 32% = Green
33% - 66% = Orange
67% - 100% = Red

1. Pin: The Supplier Locations Map displays a pin for Approved Suppliers who have their Psychical Address completed in their Master Data Page.

1. Suppliers Approved: The number of Approved Suppliers appears here. An Approved Supplier is an Active Supplier whose latest Full Assessment Record is marked as 'Approved' with a conducted date completed in the last 12 months.
2. Significant Suppliers Approved: The number of Approved Suppliers with a Significant Risk will appear here. A Significant Risk Approved Supplier is an Active Supplier whose latest Full Assessment Record is marked as 'Approved' with a conducted date completed in the last 12 months and the 'Risk Assessment - Absence of Control' is marked as 'Significant', e.g. High or Medium.
3. Supplier Approved: This graph shows the number of Supplier Approved in the last 12 months, grouped by year and week.

2. Significant Manufacturers Approved: The number of Approved Suppliers, who have a 'Manufacturer' relationship with a Material and a Significant Risk will appear here. A Significant Risk Approved Manufacturer is an Active Supplier whose latest Full Assessment Record is marked as 'Approved' with a conducted date completed in the last 12 months and the 'Risk Assessment - Absence of Control' is marked as 'Significant', e.g. High or Medium.
3. Manufacturers Approved: This graph shows the number of Supplier, who have a 'Manufacturer' relationship with a Material, Approved in the last 12 months, grouped by year and week.

1. Significant Risk Alerts in the last 24 hours: This graph displays the count of Alerts fired for Supply Chain Records with a Significant Risk, grouped by hour, in the last 24 hours.
2. Alerts in the last 24 hours: This graph displays the count of Alerts fired for overall Supply Chain Records, grouped by hour, in the last 24 hours.
3. Recent Alerts: This displays the top 10 Alerts fired for Supply Chain Records in the last 24 hours, including the Alert Description and Date/Time that the Alert has fired.
Note: The colours of the Alert Description relate to the risk of the Supply Chain Record:
- Blue = Non Significant Risk Complaint Record
- Orange = Significant Risk Complaint Record

1. Mean Compliance Rating: Displays the Average Compliance Rating.
2. Compliance Rating All Entities - Last 12 Months: This chart displays the Compliance of Actions by month and year. The formula for this graph is 'Total Overdue / Total Open Actions'.
3. Low Compliance Rating Suppliers Entities: This chart displays the top 15 Suppliers with the Lowest Compliance Rating. The formula for this graph is 'Total Overdue / Total Open Actions' in percentile format.
4. Max Compliance Rating: Displays the Maximum Compliance Rating.
5. Min Compliance Rating: Displays the Minimum Compliance Rating.
6. Compliance Rating by % Distribution: The chart displays the number of Suppliers within the percentile range of Compliance Ratings.
7. Graph Interaction: Hover the cursor over the bars to see the Compliance Rating of Suppliers by month and year, and the number of Suppliers within a Compliance Rating percentile range.
