Add a Pre-Assessment Record
A Pre-Assessment Record can be added in three ways. Below are the steps that must be carried out in order to add a Pre-Assessment Record. Expand each step below for further explanation.
Option 1: Using the 'Add Assessment Program>Add Pre Assessment Programme' Button within the Supply Chain Management Module
To create a new Pre-Assessment Programme and automatically generate a Pre-Assessment from said Pre-Assessment Programme use the 'Add Assessment Program>Add Pre Assessment Programme' buttons. Once the Assessment Programme Page is 'Save & Submitted', the Pre-Assessment Record can be accessed from the 'Actions' tab of the Supply Chain Management module.

Option 1 will result in the Pre-Assessment Record being automatically placed in the Actions Tab as an Open Action in the Supplier Details workflow stage.
As the Pre-Assessment Record is automatically placed in the Actions Tab, the User must only complete the Supplier Category and Supplier Type fields of the Supplier Details workflow stage when they wish to click the 'Save', 'Save & Return' or 'Save & Submit' buttons.
Option 2: Using the 'Add Record>Add Pre Assessment' Button within Supplier Chain Management Module
To manually add a Pre-Assessment Record in the Supply Chain Management module, click the 'Add Record>Add Pre Assessment’ button. A pop up will appear on screen prompting you to select the Pre-Assessment Programme to create the Pre-Assessment Record from. Using the dropdown, or typing into the box, locate your preferred Pre-Assessment Programme and click 'Create'. Once created, the Pre-Assessment Record will not be placed into the 'Actions' tab until you have clicked either the 'Save' or 'Save and Submit' buttons.

Option 2 will not result in the Pre-Assessment Record being automatically placed in the Actions Tab as an Open Action.

To manually add a Pre-Assessment Record in the Supplier Master Data page, click the 'Add Record>Add Pre Assessment’ button. A pop up will appear on screen prompting you to select the Pre-Assessment Programme to create the Pre-Assessment Record from. Using the dropdown, or typing into the box, locate your preferred Pre-Assessment Programme and click 'Create'. Once created, the Pre-Assessment Record will not be placed into the 'Actions' tab until you have clicked either the 'Save' or 'Save and Submit' buttons.
