The 'Invite Customer Support' button gives the Support Team access to your Site, in your order to investigate and help you with any issues or questions you have. The Support Team will have immediate access to your Site once this button is clicked.

If you accidentally remove the Customer support Team User within the Users tab, simply click this button again to provide the Support Team with access again.
