Read & Understood View by User Role Permissions
Depending on the Role your User has been given, you may or may not have access to view all areas of the Read & Understood Workflow.
Expand the areas below to see what each Role Access allows a User to view for the Read & Understood Workflow.
If the Role you have been provided as a User has 'Edit' access for the Read & Understood Workflow, you will be able to:
- Enabled the Read & Understood Workflow
- Edit the Read & Understood Workflow
- See the Read & Understood actions assigned to you and any other Users involved in the Read & Understood Workflow
- Send Reminders to Users with Actions still pending

If the Role you have been provided as a User has 'Read Only' access for the Read & Understood Workflow, you will be able to:
- See the Read & Understood actions assigned to you
As a 'Read Only' access User, you will not be able to:
- Enabled the Read Understood Workflow
- Edit the Read Understood Workflow
- See other Users involved in the Read Understood Workflow
- Send Reminders to Users with Actions still pending

If the Role you have been provided as a User has 'No Access' for the Read & Understood Workflow, you will not be able to:
- Enabled the Read & Understood Workflow
- Edit the Read & Understood Workflow
- See the Read & Understood actions assigned to you
- See other Users involved in the Read & Understood Workflow
- Send Reminders to Users with Actions still pending
As you the Read & Understood will remained greyed out. It is important if you have received an email notification informing you that you have an action, please contact your site admin to edit your Role for you. As otherwise you will not be able to complete your action.
