Specific & Standard Categories

The Categories Module in Master Data is used to create specific and standard Categories which will be used throughout the System in various Programmes and Records. For example, in Records such as Complaints and Corrective Actions you can choose from the list of Nonconformances that you have added to the Categories Module in Master Data, or use Checklists that you have created in Auditing Programmes.

If you would like to filter the Categories to see just one type of Category, simply click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the 'Type' column, navigate to 'Filters', and choose which category you would like to see in the tab.
