Add a Monitoring Record
Note: Monitoring Programmes must be set up first in the Monitoring module before a Monitoring Record can be created. Click here to access the article on setting up a Monitoring Programme.
A Monitoring Record can be added in three ways. Below are the steps that must be carried out in order to add a Monitoring Record. Expand each step below for further explanation.
Option 1: Using the 'Add Record' Button within the Monitoring Module

Option 2: Using the 'Actions>Add Record' Buttons of a Specific Monitoring Programme

Option 3: Using the 'Scheduler' within the Monitoring Programme
If the Scheduler has been set within the Monitoring Programme, Monitoring Records will be automatically generated by the system at the frequency detailed.

Monitoring Records generated via a Scheduler will be placed in the 'Actions' tab of the Monitoring module and opened in the Monitoring Record workflow stage.
