How to Raise a Return to Work Screening Record

Note: Medical Screening Programmes must be set up first in the Medical Screening module before a Return to Work Screening Record can be created. Click here to access the article on setting up a Medical Screening Programme.

A Return to Work Screening Record can be added in three ways. Below are the steps that must be carried out in order to add a Return to Work Screening Record. Expand each step below for further explanation.

Option 1: Using the 'Add Screening>Return to Work Screening' Button within the Medical Screening Module

Expand or collapse content Step 1: Navigate to Medical Screening via 'PRP Control>Medical Screening'. Click the 'Add Screening>Return to Work Screening' Button

To manually add a Return to Work Screening Record in the Medical Screening module, navigate to the Medical Screening module via 'PRP Control>Medical Screening' and click the 'Add Screening>Return to Work Screening’ button.

A pop up will appear on screen prompting you to select the Medical Screening Programme for which you wish to add the Return to Work Screening Record. Using the dropdown, or typing into the box, source your preferred Medical Screening Programme and click 'Create'.

Once created, the Return to Work Screening Record will open on the Questionnaire workflow stage. However, the Record will not be placed into the 'Actions' tab until you have clicked either the 'Save' or 'Save and Submit' buttons.

Option 2: Using the 'Actions>Add Record' Buttons of a Specific Medical Screening Programme

Expand or collapse content Step 1: Navigate to Medical Screening via 'PRP Control>Medical Screening', Access 'Plan' Tab and Click 'Actions>Add Record' Buttons

To manually add a Return to Work Screening Record from a Medical Screening Programme, navigate to the Medical Screening module via 'PRP Control>Medical Screening', access the 'Plan’ tab and locate the Medical Screening Programme you wish to raise the Record from.

Once you have access the Medical Screening Programme, by clicking on the Name, use the 'Action>Add Record' buttons to open a Return to Work Screening Record.

Once created, the Return to Work Screening Record will open on the Questionnaire workflow stage. However, the Record will not be placed into the 'Actions' tab until you have clicked either the 'Save' or 'Save and Submit' buttons.

Option 3: Using the 'Scheduler' within the Medical Screening Programme

If the Scheduler has been set within the Medical Screening Programme, Return to Work Screening Records will be automatically generated by the system at the frequency detailed.

Return to Work Screening Records generated via a Scheduler will be placed in the 'Actions' tab of the Medical Screening module and opened in the Questionnaire workflow stage.
