How to Raise a Pre-Employment Screening Record
Note: Medical Screening Programmes must be set up first in the Medical Screening module before a Pre-Employment Screening Record can be created. Click here to access the article on setting up a Medical Screening Programme.
A Pre-Employment Screening Record can be added in three ways. Below are the steps that must be carried out in order to add a Pre-Employment Screening Record. Expand each step below for further explanation.
Option 1: Using the 'Add Screening>Pre-Employment Screening' Button within the Medical Screening Module

Option 2: Using the 'Actions>Add Record' Buttons of a Specific Medical Screening Programme

Option 3: Using the 'Scheduler' within the Medical Screening Programme
If the Scheduler has been set within the Medical Screening Programme, Pre-Employment Screening Records will be automatically generated by the system at the frequency detailed.

Pre-Employment Screening Records generated via a Scheduler will be placed in the 'Actions' tab of the Medical Screening module and opened in the Questionnaire workflow stage.
