Corrective Action Dashboard Single Site

Located in the Corrective Action module Reports tab is a Report called 'Corrective Actions Dashboard' which will populate a number of bar charts and tables relating to the Internal Corrective Actions on a Single Site.

Step 1: Navigate to the Corrective Action via 'Management>Corrective Actions'. Click the 'Reports' Tab and the 'Corrective Actions Dashboard' Report

To view the Corrective Actions Dashboard Report in Safefood 360°, navigate to the Management module via the 'Management>Corrective Actions' buttons and click the 'Reports' Tab and the 'Corrective Actions Dashboard' Report.

Step 2: Using the Corrective Actions Dashboard Filters

1. Start/End Date: Using the Calendar Field, select the Start and End Date to create the period of data you'd like to see within the Corrective Action Dashboard.

2. Period: Using the fixed dropdown, select the way you wish the data to be displayed within the Bar Charts, e.g. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.

3. Site: As this is on a Single Site, there is only one Site to select from. The Corrective Actions from the Sites selected will been seen throughout the Corrective Action Dashboard.

4. Module Source: Select the Module Source from where the Corrective Actions were raised. This filter only updates the 'Corrective Action by Module' Bar Chart, 'Corrective Action Open/Completed' Data Table and 'Actions Details' Data Table.

5. Risk: Select the Risk of the Corrective Actions. This filter only updates the 'Corrective Action by Risk' Bar Chart, 'Corrective Action Open/Completed' Data Table and 'Actions Details' Data Table.

6. Search NCs: Using the Open Text Field, search for a word within the Nonconformance of the Corrective Actions. This filter only updates the 'Corrective Action by Nonconformance' Bar Chart, 'Corrective Action Open/Completed' Data Table and 'Actions Details' Data Table.

7. Nonconformance Categories: Select the Nonconformance of the Corrective Actions. This filter only updates the 'Corrective Action by Nonconformance' Bar Chart, 'Corrective Action Open/Completed' Data Table and 'Actions Details' Data Table.

8. Search Causes: Using the Open Text Field, search for a word within the Causes of the Corrective Actions. This filter only updates the 'Corrective Action by Cause' Bar Chart, 'Corrective Action Open/Completed' Data Table and 'Actions Details' Data Table.

9. Causes: Select the Cause of the Corrective Actions. This filter only updates the 'Corrective Action by Cause' Bar Chart, 'Corrective Action Open/Completed' Data Table and 'Actions Details' Data Table.

10. Update: After selecting your filters ensure to click the 'Update' button to allow the system to apply the filters to the Corrective Actions Dashboard.

Step 3: Using the Corrective Actions Dashboard Navigation Tools

1. Arrows: There are multiple pages of the Corrective Actions Dashboard, use the arrows to move back and forth through pages.

2. Search Bar: To find a particular word within the Corrective Actions Dashboard, type the word into the search bar and click 'Find'. The word will then highlight in blue if found. Click the 'Next' button to move to the next place in the Corrective Actions Dashboard where the word is found. If the word is not found, an error pop up will appear stating 'The search text was not found'.

3. Export: Click the export symbol to export the Corrective Actions Dashboard to Excel, PDF, Word, etc.

4. Refresh: Click the refresh symbol to refresh the Corrective Actions Dashboard.

Step 4: Bar Chart Types
Corrective Actions By Site

1. Bar Chart Heading: The heading of the Bar Chart will appear here.

2. Site Name: The Name of the Site of which the Corrective Actions are from will appear here.

3. Bar Chart:

- X Axis: Number of Open and Completed Corrective Action Records
- Y Axis: Period of Time selected within Start/End Date and the Period View selected within the Period Dropdown, e.g. Monthly selected in the example above.

4. Expand Data: Click the Expand Data button once to see the data from the Bar Chart in a Table. Click the button again to hide the Table.

5. Site Name: The Name of the Site of which the Corrective Actions are from will appear here.

6. Data: The Bar Chat data will be shown within a Table.

Correctives Actions By Module Source

6. Data: The Bar Chat data will be shown within a Table.

Corrective Action By Nonconformance

4. Expand Data: Click the Expand Data button once to see the data from the Bar Chart in a Table. Click the button again to hide the Table.

5. Site Name: The Name of the Site of which the Corrective Actions are from will appear here.

6. Data: The Bar Chat data will be shown within a Table.

Corrective Action By Root Cause
