Edit an Organisation
There may be certain situations where you may need to edit an Organisation. For example, the Organisation name has been updated or the Organisation must be placed into a different folder.
Below are the steps that must be carried out in order to Edit an Organisation. Expand each step below for further explanation.
To edit an Organisation in Safefood 360°, navigate to Contacts in Master Data using the 'Master Data>Contacts' buttons and click the 'Organisations' tab. Within the 'Organisations' tab, click on the name of the Organisation you wish to edit. The Organisation name will be in blue text, which indicates a link.

Once you have accessed the Organisation page under the 'Edit' function, you can make changes to any fields.

After completing the changes to the Organisation, scroll to the bottom of the Organisation page and click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
Note: It's very important to click the 'Save' button, otherwise the changes will not be made.

You will be prompted with a 'Reason for Change' screen, where you will need to detail the reason why you have made a change to the Organisation page before confirming and saving the changes.
Once you have confirmed the edits using the 'Confirm' button, the system will take you back to the Organisation overview page.
If you do not wish to make edits, click the 'Cancel' button to be brought out of the Organisation page.
