Edit a Batching Programme

There may be certain situations where you may need to edit a Batching Programme. For example, an Ingredient must be added or an Ingredient must be removed.

Below are the steps that must be carried out in order to edit a Batching Programme. Expand each step below for further explanation.

Step 1: Navigate to Batching via 'Monitoring>Batching'. Click the 'Plan' Tab and Locate the Programme

To edit a Batching Programme in Safefood 360°, navigate to the Batching module using the 'Monitoring>Batching' button and click the 'Plan' tab. Within the 'Plan' tab, click on the name of the Batching Programme you wish to edit. The Batching Programme name will be in blue text, which indicates a link.

Step 2: Click the 'Actions>Edit' Button in the Programme Overview Page

Within the Programme overview page, click the 'Actions>Edit' button to access the Programme page to edit the Programme.

Step 3: Make Required Changes to the Programme

Once you have accessed the Programme page under the 'Edit' function, you can make changes to any fields.

Step 4: Click the 'Save' Button and Confirm Changes via the Reason for Change Pop-up Screen

After completing the changes to the Programme, scroll to the bottom of the Programme page and click the 'Save' button to save the changes.

You will be prompted with a 'Reason for Change' screen, where you will need to detail the reason why you have made a change to the Programme page before confirming and saving the changes.

Once you have confirmed the edits using the 'Confirm' button, the system will take you back to the Programme Overview Page.

If you do not wish to make edits, click the 'Cancel' button to be brought out of the Programme page.

Step 5: Accessing the Audit Log to View Changes (Optional)

Edits made to a Programme will be recorded in the Audit Log. The Audit Log can be accessed via the 'Actions>Audit Log' buttons.
