Training Matrix Tab

The Training Matrix Tab allow you to see what Training Records have been completed for your Employees and what level of Competency they achieved within said Record.

Sections of the Training Matrix

1. No.: The Number of the Employee will populate here. If you have customised your Employee ID, that customised ID will not be seen here.

2. Employee: The Name of the Employee from Master Data will populate here. The Text is seen in blue, indicating a link that can be clicked to access the Employee's Master Data Overview page.

3. Training Programmes: The list of Training Programmes built on your site will be seen listed along the top of the Matrix.

4. Filled Cell: The cell will appear coloured if an Employee has:

- Been selected within a completed Training Record

Note: The Competency options have different colour coding.

5. Blank Cell: The cell will appear blank and grey if an Employee has:

- Been linked with a Training Programme in their Master Data page

and

- Not been selected within a completed Training Record

6. Not Required Cell: The cell will appear 'Not Required' and grey if an Employee has:

- Not been linked with a Training Programme in their Master Data page

and

- Not been selected within a completed Training Record
