Add and Complete an Organisation Chart

An Organisation Chart allows you to create a chart or a flow diagram which represents the structure of your company. It usually shows the roles and reporting structure within the Organisation.

Expand or collapse content Step 1: Navigate to Quality Management via 'Management>Quality Management'. Click the 'Add Organisation Chart' Button

To add an Organisation Chart, navigate to the Quality Management module via 'Management>Quality Management' and click the 'Add Organisation Chart' button to open a blank Organisation Chart.

Expand or collapse content Step 2: Complete the Organisation Chart

1. Organisation Chart: Using the open text field, provide a Name to the Organisation Chart.

2. Chart Build: Using the Diagram Drawing Tool, build your Organisational Chart.

3. Save: Click the 'Save' button to save the Organisational Chart and place it into the 'Charts' tab.

Note: Once saved, you will be brought out of the Organisational Chart and to a preview a screen of the saved Organisational Chart. To edit the Organisational Chart simply click the 'Actions>Edit' button to enter the Organisational Chart again.

4. Cancel: Click the 'Cancel' button to discard of the Organisational Chart and be brought back out to the Quality Management module.
