System Checklists and Audit Programmes

You may have created Standard Audit Programmes within your Site, e.g. GFSI Standards, Retailer-Specific Standards, etc, in which the Checklists used were selected from the System Checklists folder. The Checklists within the System Checklists folder are built by Safefood 360°.

However, there are important notes to remember about these System Checklists!

1. Safefood 360° will maintain up-to-date GFSI Publicly Available Standard only

Safefood 360° will maintain up-to-date GFSI Publicly Available Standard only. Any other Specific Standards or Retailer-Specific Standards that you may Audit against must be provided by you to Safefood 360° in order to have those Checklists built/updated in the software.

Requesting a Missing GFSI or Retailer Standard to be Built:

If you require a GFSI or Retailer Standard to be built in Safefood 360° to use within your Audit Programmes, send a ticket to the Support Team via the 'Help' button or the '[email protected]' Email containing a copy of the missing GFSI or Retailer Standard you wish to have built.

Important to Note!

System Checklists are available for all Customers to use. Therefore, you should not request to have any Branded Standards built. Branded Standards should be built by you on your own Site within your 'My Checklists' folders. For details on how to built your own Checklist, see here.

2. Safefood 360° will not automatically update your Audit Programmes to contain the most up-to-date Standard Checklists.

Safefood 360° will not automatically update your Audit Programmes to contain the most up-to-date Standard Checklists. This is due to the fact that Customers will transition to new Standard Versions at different times.

When a new Standard Version is released and it has been requested to be built in Safefood 360° by a Customer, the Checklists will be available in the System Checklist folder for you to manually update your own Audit Programmes.

All Users of Safefood 360° will receive a notification via Intercom informing them that a new Version of the Standard is available to use.

Important to Note!

It is your responsibility to ensure your Audit Programmes contain the most up-to-date Checklists.

Tip: Add the Standard Version within the Name of your Audit Programme to remind yourself which Checklist Versions you currently have within your Audit Programmes, e.g. BRCGS Food Safety :: Issue 9 :: 1. Senior Management Commitment. For details on how to build an Audit Programme, see here.
